Galerie by Lesac Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Returns are only accepted if reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by the original proof of purchase receipt sent to you via email at the time of purchase.
Steps to Return an Item:

Gather the items you wish to return and take clear pictures as proof.

Locate your receipt emailed to you at the time of purchase, which contains your original order number.

Initiate a return request on Galerie by Lesac’s website by providing your order details, including your name, email address, phone number, reason for return, and proof of your claim (pictures, videos, etc.).

Our customer care team will review your request and contact you if your return request is approved.

If approved, you must reship the item back to us via any courier service.

Upon reviewing the returned item, we may offer an exchange or store credit of equal or lesser value with a validity period.
Important Notes:

If a return is approved, it will only cover the price of the item(s) and will not include shipping or customization costs.

If your return request is denied, you will be notified within five business days.

We are only responsible for returns once they reach our warehouse.

Only items returned through courier services will be processed.

Successfully returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or online store credit.

If an item is faulty or incorrectly delivered, Galerie by Lesac follows a policy of repair first, then replacement, and finally store credit if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Refund Timeline: 14 to 45 days
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

The item arrived defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
Non-Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

Return requests due to "Change of mind," "No longer needed," "Dislike after opening," or similar reasons.

Customized or made-to-order products (as these are approved by customers before dispatch).

Orders with special discounts given as a favor.

Returns reported after 48 hours of delivery.

Items returned in inadequate condition (e.g., tampered, damaged, or if care instructions have been violated).
Exchange Policy
Galerie by Lesac is committed to providing the highest level of service. We do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions. However, we do allow conditional exchanges in cases of quality issues.
Steps to Request an Exchange:

Share the link of the item you wish to exchange with your previous order.

Confirm your exchange by providing the desired size guidelines or customizations.

You will receive an exchange confirmation within 24 to 48 hours.
Non-Eligibility Criteria for Exchanges:

Orders cannot be amended or edited after 48 hours of purchase confirmation.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

Washed, dried, damaged, or stained products will not be eligible for exchange.

Galerie by Lesac is not responsible for color fading, bleeding, or damage caused by washing or ironing.
